I was in a good mood when I ordered and was excited to treat myself a little. The site was easy to navigate, and I do like the jewelry overall. The piece looks nice and feels like decent quality, but for the price, I expected a bit more of a wow factor. Shipping was totally fine, just nothing special. Overall, I’m not unhappy with it, but next time I’d probably hold off until there’s a sale.

I’m picky about small details, and overall my Noémie ring looks really well made. The setting is clean, the edges feel smooth, and it’s comfortable to wear. The only thing I caught was a tiny mark inside the band. It’s not very noticeable and doesn’t bother me much, but it’s the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I really liked the custom options because they let me put my own spin on it. Instead of feeling like something generic, it ended up feeling more personal and more like something I’d actually choose for myself.

I checked out hellonoemie.com it has a really nice clean feel to it. The colors are soft, the layout is easy on the eyes, and it doesn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming. If I were giving friendly advice, I’d say a few pages could maybe use a little more breathing room between sections, just to make everything feel even smoother. After a few months of wearing it, though, I started noticing little scratches, and the clasp doesn’t feel as sturdy as it did in the beginning. I felt kind of embarrassed admitting that, especially since I’d told a friend how much I liked it when I first got it. It’s not broken or anything, and I still wear it sometimes, but I’m definitely more careful with it now than I thought I’d need to be for the price.

I ordered my normal size but it was way too small on me. The size chart wasn’t much help either, kinda frustrating. Had to send it back and wait for the return, so that was annoying.

It’s not a terrible stone, but based on my experience, I expected it to feel a bit nicer. I’m not totally sure I’d buy from them again

I had an issue with my ring and reached out to Noemie about the warranty. To be fair, they did get back to me and ultimately helped resolve it, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I’ve dealt with jewelry repairs before, and this was better than one past situation where I felt completely ignored.
That said, it definitely took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple of times to keep things moving. The repair/replacement steps weren’t super clear at the beginning either. It all worked out in the end, but I do wish the communication had been a little faster and more straightforward

So... I’m happy with this necklace. It feels solid, looks just like the photos, and the packaging was a nice touch too. It did take a little while to arrive, but overall I’m glad I got it
